	Ephemeral Environmental Art My work is site specific. I enter into a dialogue between place and processes I have developed over the last 10 years. These include cultural and intellectual influences ranging from; Sustainable development and concerns for the earth; the Ecological/ Environmental Art movement particularly Joseph Beuys; and ancient methods of ritual and connection with the earth with a strong focus on Tibetan Buddhism. I use materials around us that often go unnoticed to create symbols and spaces of contemplation and reconnection with nature.

Pam began her career as an Art teacher in a high school in the UK. She migrated to Australia in the 80’s and has continued teaching in the form of creative workshops in textiles and metal clay.
